"I have had State Farm for many years and when my agent closed her office and suggested Brett Crandall, I have to admit, I was not excited about having to start with someone new. Having said that, I have to say how pleased I was when I first spoke with Brett on the phone a couple times. When I finally met him in person, Wow! He was even more friendly, personable, a good listener, didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed, and just seemed like a good guy. When he asked me if I had life insurance, he was not high pressure trying to make a sale. I appreciate when sales people are like that. He gave me the fax and let me decide for myself. The office was bright and clean. The person that greeted me with a smile was friendly, as was everyone I have spoken to when I call in. All in all, I would recommend the Brett Crandall, State Farm Insurance Agency. I walked in a stranger and left feeling like an old friend."
